The Kentucky Wildcats have made it to the toughest stretch of their schedule unscathed, and must use the confidence from their wins as the No. 1Florida Gators roll into town for a Saturday SEC East showdown.

No. 23 Kentucky (4-0, 2-0) faces No. 10Florida (3-1, 1-1) at 6p.m. Saturday on ESPN. Florida leads the all-time series, 53-18. The Gators have won the last two games in the series, including a 34-10 win in Gainesville last season and a 29-21 win in Lexington in 2019.

Jacques Jones' pass break up seals UK win

The Gators tried for a fourth and goal at UK's eight-yard line, but Emory Jones' pass was deflected by Jones in the end zone.

UK takes a knee in victory formation and fans storm the field soon after.

Florida's field goal is good, 20-13

Florida cuts the lead to one score on a 33-yard field goal from Jace Christmann. The Gators cut a good chunk of time off the clock, traveling 59 yards in 13 plays.

A little over five minutes remaining in the game now.

Chris Rodriguez scores, UK leads 20-10

The Wildcats were able to capitalize on their forced turnover as Rodriguez rushes for a 9-yard touchdown. The Cats did it in five plays and now lead by 10 with 11:32 left in the game.

Rodriguez now has 91 yards on 17 carries and a score in this game.

JJ Weaver interception, UK ball

Florida quarterback Emery Jones throws his first interception since the Gators played Alabama, and Weaver returned his pick for 20 yards before fumbling. Luckily, the fumble was recovered by the Wildcats at the Florida 29-yard line.

QB Will Levis leaps over defender

If anyone was every questioning Levis' athleticism, this play shut them up.

On third and fourteen, the quarterback ran five yards for a keeper and leaped over a Florida defender. Though the play drew some ooh's, Levis failed to convert a first down.

One play later, the Wildcats turn it over on downs at the Gators' 34-yard line.

Blocked field goal returned for a TD, UK up 13-10

Josh Paschal blocks a field-goal attempt by the Gators, which was recovered and returned for a touchdown by freshman linebacker Trevin Wallace. The extra point was no good.

Ali has 4 solo tackles, 2.5 TFLs, and a blocked field goal so far tonight. The crowd is electric.

'Grove Street Party' rapper Waka Flocka Flame at Kroger Field

UK's unofficial theme song "Grove Street Party" finally got its originator down to Lexington.

The rapper was in attendance of the game rocking a Kentucky football jersey tonight, and even hyped the sold-out crowd up when his hit song played during the Wildcats' introduction. The song became a mainstay at Kroger Field after a 2014game against South Carolina.

Fun fact: "Grove Street Party" was produced by music engineer KyEngineerin', who is a native on Lexington, Ky.

UK's Marquan McCall out with an injury

The nose guard went down with an ankle injury in the first quarter and went to the injury tent. Even worse news for UK, he returned to the sideline in a boot and crutches.

McCall was one of the Wildcats' highest rated recruits in the 2018 class, and is aleader ofthe defense. Now in his senior year, McCall was named to thepreseason third-team All-SEC team.

Florida 10, Kentucky 7, Halftime

The Wildcats are down by three going into the intermission.

Quarterback Will Levis is 4 of 6 for 65 yards and one touchdown. Chris Rodriguez has 41 yards on nine carries and Wan'Dale Robinson has two catches for 54 yards and a touchdown.

For the Gators, Emory Jones is 10 of 11 passing for 105yards and running back Dameon Pierce has 42 yards on four carries.

Florida gets a field goal, 10-7

The Gators traveled 55 yards in 11 plays beforeJace Christmann's 51-yard field goal kick.

Florida ate 6:14 seconds off the clock, but leaves the Wildcats plenty of time to bounce back before halftime.

The Wildcats take over at the Gators' 26 with 5:21 left in the half.

Vito Tisdale, JuTahn McClain, Andru Phillips get playing time

Three of the sixplayers formerly charged with first-degree battery after an off-campus fight in March have entered tonight's game.

A grand jury met Monday but came back with a decision to decline chargingthem with battery on Tuesday.An email from victim advocate Kimberly Emeric to the party goers who testified at the grand jury hearing provided to the Courier Journal said the prosecutors presented all the evidence and "gave the jurors all possible indictment options." The grand jury then decided to dismiss the case in its entirety.

Josh Ali down with an injury

The Wildcats' wide receiver was grasping at his left knee before being taken to the medical tent. Ali was able to walk on his own, but it is unclear if he will return to the game.

Wan'Dale Robinson turns on the jets, 7-7

The Frankfort, Kentucky, product was off to the races after a pass from quarterback Will Levis.Robinson avoided three Gators on the way to a41-yard touchdown.

The Wildcats traveled 75 yards in five plays to even the score in the first quarter.

Florida on the board first, 7-0

Quarterback Emory Jones hits Ja'Quavion Fraziars for a seven-yard touchdown to score the first points of the game. The Gators traveled 75 yards in seven plays and ate up seven minutes of game clock in the process.

It was Fraziars' first career touchdown.

Sold out crowd at Kroger field

It's a sold out crowd here at Kroger Field as No. 23 Kentucky kicks off to No. 9Florida to start the game. Kentucky's defense holds Florida scoreless through its first drive of the game.
