- If you are a current El Paso ISD parent with an active Parent Portal Account, please log in using the credentials below to get started.
- If you are a current El Paso ISD parent with NO active Parent Portal Account, please go to this link:https://bit.ly/3mkZX69and create a NEW account; AFTER you have completed this step, please return to this page and log in.
- For parents registering new students with El Paso ISD (currently with another district), please click "Register New User" to create a parent portal account at the bottom of this page.
- If you are an El Paso ISD employee registering your child, please use your Frontline user ID and password. Please do not create a new parent self-serve/parent portal account!
- If you are transferring to Silva Health Magnet, Transmountain Early College High School, or Young Woman's Academy, you must have completed the application process and received approval from your transfer campus before completing registration.If enrolling in these campuses for the 2023-2024 school year, please wait until further notice.
- You may stop and resume registration anytime, and your progress will be saved. After submitting all tabs, you will receive a confirmation page with your confirmation number. Please print or note this number for future reference.
- If you receive the notification "Changing requested year/location/grade level will clear confirmation number," please click "Continue" to proceed with Online Registration.

Please keep in mind that this transfer form is ONLY for students that are NEW to the district (Not currently enrolled) for the 2022-23 School Year. - Currently enrolled students need to use their Parent Portal account if they need to request a transfer for the 2022-23 School Year.
