This is a tasty little treat for zero Freestyle points! And it’s very easy to make…ready in about 5 minutes.
I’m surprised that the grocery store I go to hasn’t run out of fat-free Greek yogurt. I’m there a couple times a week to buy the big carton.
I never would have thought Greek yogurt could be used so many different ways.
I am not very particular about the brand of Greek yogurt I use. If something is on sale, that is the brand I will be using that week.
If nothing is on sale I will just grab whichever one I find first.

Some other things I’ve done with the fat-free Greek yogurt include peanut butter fruit dip, banana split, chocolate chip dipand a deconstructed chicken gyro. I’m not a fan of the fat-free Greek yogurt by itself, but I love finding ways to add it to recipes and actually like it.
For this recipe I added sugar free orange Jell-O to the Greek yogurt. It was so good!
It also took away the bitter taste of the yogurt. I added fat-free Reddi Wip and I had my own little creamsicle.
The good news is you can try this with any flavor of Jell-O that you like. I have also made it with strawberry Jell-O and it was just as delicious!

I made this but the powdered jello was very gritty. Is there a way to mix it so the powder melts.

Oh no! Maybe try mixing the Jell-O powder with a tablespoon of hot water so the powder dissolves some. Hopefully that helps.

I used raspberry sf jello it was a little gritty but i just kept mixing & I added some land o lakes sf whipped cream definitely adds a bit of creaminess to it. Will be making this again!

I actually make the full box of sugar free jello following the directions on the box. Then I add a regular size container of oikos triple zero orange yogurt. Next I add fat free cool whip about half of 8 oz. container. I mix it all together with a whisk. Refrigerate till set. Still zero points and i have dessert for my sweet tooth.

If you are tracking Weight Watchers points you would have to add points if you use regular yogurt. So, no you don’t have to use Greek yogurt. 🙂

That doesn’t actually have points, the points calculated because of the sugar free Jello.

Hi….I’m new to the diabetic crowd. If I were to make this for a crowd. How many servings would a box of jell-o make?
