The customer service ishorrible. Ican't get acall back regarding repairs that were done incorrectly. Management isthe worst. Iwould NEVER dobusiness again orrecommend this company. Mybumper came aloose after about 3weeks. Poor job bythe tech. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Not impressed. They did over complete walk around and took pictures ofeverything and said they would send mean estimate the nextday. Two weeks later Iwas still asking where ismy estimate. Ifyou can't dothe basics why should Itrust you with mycar

I came inas part ofan insurance claim toget anestimate. They took photos and when they saw the scuff marks, they immediately went inthe business and came out with asolution toremove the marks quickly and saw noother damage. The visit was easy and they were friendly and helpful. Iwas able toavoid any other issues and they offered tohelp ifI found anything else. Ihighly recommend this business for others!

I took mycar infor repair after anaccident. They messed upthe paint work and Ihad toend upbringing itin 2additional times for them tocorrect the problems. Intotal they had mycar for alittle over 3weeks and did nothing totry and accommodate mein that time byarranging arentalcar. Iwas truly disappointed inmy experience and will probably not come back here. Idid reach out tothe customer service line aswell asthe GMwith further details.

My experience with Service King was tremendous! Ihad several places turn meaway for the repairs needed because they were “too busy” and service king took meright ineven despite them looking very busy themselves. The time frame onrepairs ended upcoming out quicker than expected and they still did quality work. The customer service was stellar which ishard tofind nowadays. Very polite people that gave mefrequent updates oneach stage ofmy repairs which gave mepeace ofmind. Ihighly recommend them for anyone needing auto repairs! Went into this Service King tofix mylocks from aprevious repair from aService King ina different city. They accepted that warranty with noproblem even though itwasn’t repaired atthat location. They ordered the locks right after examining the issue, got mycar done inthe same day Idropped itoff, and even fixed the other lock from aprevious repair. The general manager was great and got everything done efficiently. Couldn’t ask for abetter experience!

John Bradley and Tim Green were extremely helpful! Iwas driving mysisters car and myengine coolant light cameon. Istarted freaking out and pulled into theirlot, and they helped without any question! Saved mea lot ofmoney!

Front Rwheel and fender banged upon six year old Subaru. Repair blended perfectly with rest ofcar. Has more shine than whennew. Best car wash and polish that the vehicle everhad. Very pleasant company todeal with inperson and onphone. Car rental picked upand dropped off atService King. * <-- sixth star.

Service King
Where doI begin?!
I dropped mycar off onSeptember9. Ipicked itup onOctober2nd. While they had mycar, everything was good. Iappreciated the consistent updates,etc.
When Ipicked upthe vehicle, that’s when things started togobad. First ofall, I’m not sure what type ofinspection process they gothrough before releasing your vehicle. Whatever itwas with myvehicle, was much less than sufficient.
1. Mycar interior was full ofshop dust. Like really dusty.
2. Ihave awhole button missing from myconsole. Ialerted them onOctober2nd. Iwas told they’d placed the order, and would keep meupdated. Itis now November27, almost 2months later, and I’m still without the button. Icall. Noanswer. Leave amessage. Noreturn call. Ihave tocall and leave numerous messages, toget aresponse.
3. There isa hole inmy car tint.Yes, you read that correctly. Ahole. Again, Ithink that should have been noticed during the pre-release inspection. Weare now working onhaving that fixed as soon asI can get tothe person who does their tint. Idon’t think Ishould have touse mygas, time, and energy toget this fixed. Iasked for arental, while they handled all ofthese issues. They said they don’t offer rentals.
4. When Ipicked upmycar, itwas leakingoil. Itwas NOT leaking oil when Idropped itoff. Itook itback for them tolookat. They said Christian Brothers didn’t dosomething correctly after changing myoil.
5. They had toreplace mypassenger side door.Now, when Idrive Ican hear air through the door. It’s super annoying. Today, since itwas raining, itwas adifferent type ofsound. Kind oflike the sound myHE washer makes when itis preparing for awash cycle.
6. Mycar issputtering bad. Itwas NOT like this when itwas droppedoff. I’m soscared that its just going tostop oneday.
7. For the first week orso, every time Icranked upmycar, mydashboard would lightup, telling meI had low tire pressure. Apparently, they forgot toput the sensor back into mynew tire. They blamed Discount Tires. Discount Tires blamed them
If Ihad todo this over again, I’d gowithGMC. USAA said itwould bean easier transition ifI used someone they partnered with. Iregret listening tothem.But, they say hindsight is20/20.… – show00
