                    Set for anappointment drove 16miles, when showed upfor appointment-they said Idon’t have anappointment. And Iover heard them saying they are super busy, really! When utoo busy don’t schedule. The problem istheir corporate office and regional locations are communicating well.

                                I was ina terrible position with adamaged truck. Nowhere toturn…… noone totrust. I’ve heard horror stories ofinsurance claims and body shops-- itwas terrifying tothink about how much I’d betaken advantage ofand how many years that itwould eventually take from mylife. Scary tosay the least. Afriend ofmine, Blake, had his truck fixed there recently and was glowing with positive things tosay about the flawless repairs that had been performed. Hemarveled over the breathtaking customer service and astaff that always greeted him with asmile and acold bottle ofOzarka Natural Spring Water. Itoo wanted apiece ofthat dream.

                                After filing myclaim, Iwas met with aswift call from the body shop. The young man sounded like hewas truly happy towork for Service King ofLake Worth. Hequickly took toaction scheduling myappointment for their earliest availability without asecond tospare. Ifelt myanxiety fading with such professionalism and eagerness tohelp his fellowman.

                                Upon arrival, myfirst impression was amasterfully manicured lawn and not aspeck oftrash inthe parkinglot. Service King truly set the benchmark offirst impressions. Parking was noissue—I found that the shop’s front lot had ample room topark and feel safe. Iwaited for abit, observing their staff helping other patrons. Ifinally drew the courage toexit myseverely damaged vehicle not knowing what Imay encounter. Iwas met atthe door byChris, the manager. Icould see the twinkle inhis eye—this was what hewas waiting for-- this was his time toshine. Heexhibited sympathy for myloss and empathy inunderstanding myvulnerability. Heassured methat myvehicle would befixed and fixed RIGHT. His professionalism and cool headedness under pressure and demands ofhis new client was truly asight tosee. Chris isa true pioneer ofthe industry.

                                I was inconstant communication with the shop. They catered tomy constant need for updates and remained patient when Ivoiced concerns. They continued toupdate meuntil the day arrived. MYTRUCK WAS READY! Iagain arrived atthe facility and again was met with smiling faces, friendly attitudes, and anice-cold bottle ofOzarka Natural Spring Water. Iwas taken tomy freshly repaired truck and lined out onthe exact processes ittook toput Humpty-Dumpty back together. What arelief.

                                Regarding the repair quality, Ipersonally think Toyota should take lessons from Service King ofLake Worth. Ifeel like the truck isbetter thannew. The sheer engineering itmust have taken toremedy what had been done isnothing short ofa miracle. I’ve never seen such attention todetail inmy life. What adivine example ofexcellent collision repair knowledge, preparation, and execution byService King ofLake Worth.

                                    After asemi truck ran ared light and hit mywife's car wecontacted our insurance company USAA who referred usto Service King inLake Worth. The team there helped usthroughout the process and updated usoften onthe progress. Once Icame toInspect itand pick itup Inoticed afew areas that could use alittle more attention. The team rushed tofix these issues asthey knew wehad aplanned vacation and needed the vehicle for our trip. The GMeven called meto apologize for the inconvenience and went above and beyond tomake sure wewere pleased with the repairs.                                       They repaired the outside ofmy car where itwas damaged byanother vehicle. You would never know itwas involved inan accident. However, there isnow asmall scratch onthe inside ofthe door that was never there before. Itmay have been caused bya tool orakey. It's hard tosee, soI wouldn't call ita big deal.But, Ibrought mycar infor repairs. They need tobe more careful with parts they're not repairing.

                                        Went toService King onLakeworth tofix the damage ofmycar. They really did anawesomejob. Left mycar with deep scratches hit bythe dump truck and few days later came back and picked itup with abig smile onmy face. Mycar literally looked like itjust got out ofthe show room. The interior was squeaky clean while the exterior was beautiful. Iwas ahappy and satisfied client, indeed.
