Money and battery pack was missing. Talked to the mgr. He said they weren’t responsible and don’t steal and told me he’d get back with me. Will be contacting Allstate and letting them know. Not sure why things would have been moved around in my backseat since the repairs were to the front right fender.

My Service Repair Representative Chuck was the best. He kept me apprised of the schedule repairs and when I could expect to pick up my car. The repairs done on my Hyundai Sonata were done first class all the way! I’m super pleased. Everyone at the Rowlett, Texas Crash Champions were very friendly and accommodating. To many estimates of completion that were not met.I suggest when you Know it will be finished, inform the customer it will be two days longer, when finished sooner both are happy.The customer because it was finished sooner that estimated. And you because you have a happy customer.Just my opinion
