    I had myfront headlamp/fender smashed/dented; Service King Rowlett did the repair but mybumper started coming loose. Itook mySUV back inandJ.D. told methe bumper clips are part ofthe bumper which needed tobe replaced....so why did they not replace the bumper tobegin with? Hehad noanswer other than toblame mefor the bumper coming loose. Hesaid the photos from the claim did not show the bumper being loose which was not true…all the photos Itook ofthe front end show the bumperwas detached when Ifirst brought itin and one even shows abumper clip being torn.J.D. said hewould get with State Farm aboutit....nothing happened....called and left several voice mails…sent multiple emails toJD and the general manager Dennis Kuhn…no response. Icontacted State Farm who called Service King Rowlett, then Albert calledme…I took the SUV back inand hetook photos ofthe bumper....nothing happened....called again several times and then spoke toDennis Kuhn, heassured methey would upload the photos toState Farm…nothing happened. State Farm called them…they said would upload the photos....nothing happened. Customer Service islousy ifyou have aproblem after the initial repair. Itis not good business toright out ignore your customer. This has been going onfor 3monthsnow.– show

      Was involved inan accident on9/21/22and decided totake itto this Service King for afree estimate on9/23/22since itwas close tomyjob. Spoke with someone bythe name ofJ.D. They were very professional onproviding mewith details onwhat myestimate could turn out tobe. After inspecting and taking pictures ofmy truck, hesaid togive him afew hours before sending the estimated quote after Iprovided him with myemail. Tomorrow being Friday 9/30/22Istill have yet toreceive the email hepromised tosend over showing the estimated quote Iwas hoping toreceive.– show

          The staff, and the tech’s atthis Service King are the best!!! Ilive inDallas, and Iwill not take myvehicles toanyone else!!! They dowhat theysay, and always followup!!! Ihighly recommend this service king!!! Cris, Dennis, and Tim handle business like business should behandled, soif you need any body work done, please give them achance, you will not regretit!!!

              Shark antenna was slightly dislodged and roof had adent where antenna was attached. They had toorder anew shark antenna, repair dented roof, check wiring tosee ifit was damaged. All repairs completed. Great service nupdates.

                  I have a2015ford mustang that had front end damage and Itook itto Service King torepair the damage after about four months the car was repair but itstayed longer waiting for aseat belt tocome inthat happen came inyet because Ford has iton back order soService King inRowlett gave mea call letting meknow Ican come get mycar while the part iscoming inbut Ineed tosign Documents saying Service King will not beLiable for ifI get into anaccident ifthe seat belt didn't work. Isigned itbut when Iwent topickup mycar Icouldn't believe myeyes, the hood ofmy car wasn't level oreven with the front end ofthe car there was abig gap there all the way across toboth corners ofthecar. The first 3pics iswhat the car looked like when Iwent topick the car upand the next 3pics isbefore the car was damaged. You bethe Judge..

                        Extremely rude staff, Enterprise isnot here, Even though they have asign ontheir building and enterprise says there isone here. The tech did not even look atus and was Extremely rude, with this attitude, Iwould never even dobusiness with service king.

                                  If there's zero star, Iwould useit. Ican't believe how they can stay inbusiness while they kept lying tothe customers. They kept mycar for the whole month. People, please take your business else where because this Service King, especially the one inRowlett TXis worst from customer service tothe quality. Stay far way from them. I've learned mylesson.

                                    This was anightmare from the beginning. Wehad used them before and they were great, but when wewent back, all the personnel had changed and they had totow our car (wasn't drivable) toCarrolton, and they assured usthey would bring the car back toRowlett for pickup. When wedropped itoff, wetold them wewanted adent and bad door ding that had nothing todo with the accident fixed, soplease give usa quote. They circled the dent and ding with yellow greasepen. Told usit would bedone in 5to 7businessday. Asexpected, they weren't accurate onthe time, nobig deal. 4days late, they told usit was ready and waiting ontow from Carrolton back toRowlett. Waited 2days for them toget itback toRowlett, come tofindout, they told usthe towing company they contract with only has 1or 2trucks, and they were busy. Ended upgoing and getting the car ourselves. They didn't fix the ding ordent, and when wegot itback, there was apiece oftrim that needed replace and the passenger door wouldn't lock. Took itback the following Monday, and after 2day, wehad tohave them rent usa car (on them) toget back and forth from work. Iwill never use them again– show
